LEGISLATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Suppliers of hazardous chemicals and/or Dangerous Goods are required by law to produce an SDS, formerly Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), and provide the SDS upon request to any person likely to be affected by the hazardous chemical and/or Dangerous Good. The supplier is also legally obligated to ensure that the current SDS for the chemical is provided when the chemical is first supplied to the workplace, or if the SDS for it is amended. Safety Data Sheets must be regularly reviewed, at a minimum of when the formulation changes and/or every 5 years.WHAT WE DO
