Technical Support

Whether you need emergency advice on a chemical spill, toxicological or environmental data or help with a computer or IT problem, ChemAlert support is always on call. Our experienced safety professionals, chemists, toxicologists, environmental scientists, industrial hygienists and IT personnel are a knowledgeable team, and as a ChemAlert client, they are part of your team too.

Chemical and technical support is available to all ChemAlert clients Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6pm [WST].  All of our chemical and technical support teams are located in West Perth.  No foreign call centres... guaranteed!

Just as our other processes are ISO-certified, so too are our chemical and technical support departments; so you can be sure you will receive top-notch support with excellent response times.
